I love how the brown in the metal goes with the two variations of green in the earrings, it reminds me of a late summer forest where the leaves are bracing themselves for a color change. I hand oxidized these earrings, polished with fine steel wool, then polished again with Sunshine polishing cloth, and then finally enameled and cured for 4-5 days.

Gemstone Information
I try my best to procure my gemstones from trustworthy sources, I handpick many of my crystals and stones at local small businesses or through certified US Sellers with private groups. Some metals will take longer than others but they are all affected by normal wear. In order to maximize the longevity of your jewelry’s shine, consider the following care instructions:

1. Try to keep your jewelry in a closed jewelry box or other container and stored as far away as possible from humid areas like your bathroom, kitchen, or outside areas. The presence of water will take the shine out of your jewelry and lead to an overall dull appearance and tarnished look. Try to avoid swimming with jewelry in chlorinated water if at all possible, harsh chemicals and water will do a number on your jewelry! Consider removing pieces before jumping into the pool or hot tub!
2. If you want to clean your jewelry, or would like to bring the shine back, do not use any chemicals that are not approved to clean your jewelry. Things that can clean jewelry are officially marked products that are safe for brass, copper, and silver. You may also put a small drop of dish soap on a soft bristled toothbrush and brush the piece clean, just make sure that you fully dry it with a microfiber cloth or something that won’t leave fibers. If you’d like to really get your jewelry shining, I highly recommend investing in some Jewelry cleaning cloths; I especially like Sunshine Jewelry Polishing Cloths and use them on all my pieces.
3.In addition to chemicals, try to keep your jewelry away from household products like hairspray, lotion, and perfumes. Do not wear your jewelry to bed or during intense physical activity to avoid any accidental scratches, dents or other damage.

I take a lot of pride in my work and I love all the pieces I create. Its unique properties as a reactive metal cause niobium to take on a controllable, repeatable range of colors when exposed to various voltages in an electrically charged bath, a process called anodizaton. The colors produced will not rust and cannot be rubbed off, although, over time, its luster may dull somewhat. I have Niobium in copper, gold, and antiqued copper colors!
