We worked with groomers to come up with an improved design that is easy to use and stays secure so you can get the job done without constantly adjusting the tab! This version has an extra ring for extra options and a side release buckle for a quick release, just-in-case!

The Grooming Loop is a core tool for safe, effective dog handling on the grooming table. Created with feedback from professional groomers, this flexible design improves both control and safety while remaining easy to use.

It holds dogs securely at the neck and attaches quickly to a grooming arm with a scissor snap. The loop adjusts smoothly using a slide stopper that stays firmly in place, helping maintain consistent positioning throughout the grooming process.

For added safety, a side-release buckle at the neck provides a quick-release point that can be operated one-handed—allowing immediate removal if needed. This addresses a common concern with traditional grooming loops, which often lack fast-release options.

A built-in D-ring at the neck offers an additional attachment point, giving you more control when you need it.

Made from waterproof, easy-clean materials, the loop resists odor buildup, won’t absorb moisture, and avoids the fraying and wear common with fabric alternatives.

The result is a grooming loop that delivers secure restraint, improved safety, and greater control, helping you work more efficiently and confidently.

Pro tip: Connect the D-ring to a Safety Tether for extra stability.

For more on maintaining a clean grooming setup, see our guide to grooming restraint hygiene.

Also Available from Sparky's Grooming

Sparky's Grooming Restraint System
Includes all the essentials in one complete, modular system

Belly Band Support System (1" and 2" bands)

Grooming Loop x2 (18" and 24" sizes)

Grooming Strap Extender

Safety Tether (slide stopper design)

Slip Leash (72" length)

Belly Band Support System
Provides underbody support to prevent sitting and unwanted movement

Adjustable with an easy-to-use cam-style buckle

Scissor snap securely fastens to any grooming table

Seamless design for easy cleaning

Includes one adjustable upper hanger and two interchangeable belly bands; measured end to end:

1" band: adjusts from 18" to 26"

2" band: adjusts from 20" to 28"

Bathing Loop
Holds pups in place during bath time

Slide stopper adjusts easily and stays firmly in place

Snap securely fastens to most grooming tubs

Simplified design with minimal seams and crevices for quick drying

Available in three sizes: 24", 30", and 36"

Grooming Strap Extender
Adds versatility when working with different size dogs

Seven D-rings allow you to customize your grooming strap to the size of the dog

Adds up to 13" of length

Safety Tether
Creates a new connection point wherever you need it

Grippy material holds in place even when wet

Slide stopper adjusts easily and stays firmly in place

Safety Tether -
