Placing Orders
By placing an Order through the Service, You confirm that You are legally able to enter into a contract.

Order Cancellation
We and/or Sellers may cancel an Order at any time for reasons such as item unavailability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or fraud or unauthorized activity.

Return Policy

Seller-Managed Returns
Shop Finger Lakes is a multi-seller marketplace. Returns and refunds are handled directly by the individual Sellers, not by Shop Finger Lakes. Each Seller is responsible for managing their own return and refund policies. These policies are outlined on each Seller’s storefront and may vary depending on the Goods being sold. Please review the Seller's return policy before making a purchase.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order within the timeframe specified by the Seller. If none is stated, cancellations must be made within 30 days of receiving the Goods or from when a third party you designated receives them. Pricing Policy
Prices are set by Sellers and may change at any time before an Order is accepted. In rare cases, prices may change due to external factors such as shipping increases or supply costs.

Payments
Payments must be made using accepted methods provided at checkout. All payment methods are subject to validation and authorization by your payment provider.

User Accounts
When creating an Account, You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under Your account.

Content
You retain ownership of any Content you submit but grant the Company a license to use, display, and share that Content in connection with operating the Service. Content that violates applicable laws or these Terms may be removed.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the greater of the amount You paid through the Service or $100 if no purchase was made. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
