The Quarters Kitchen is a woman-owned and operated bakery dedicated to quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful sourcing. With an emphasis on ethical and sustainable practices, many ingredients are carefully selected from trusted producers such as King Arthur Baking Company, an employee-owned industry leader known for exceptional flours and baking standards. Whenever possible, kosher ingredients are used, including products like Eden Foods barley malt syrup and kosher salt.

Each batch of New York–style bagels is made entirely in-house — never frozen and always handcrafted. The bagels are hand-rolled, giving each one its own unique character, then slowly cold-fermented for 24 to 48 hours to develop deep flavor and perfect texture. True to old-world tradition, they are boiled in barley malt syrup before baking, creating the classic chewy interior and beautifully crisp crust that define an authentic New York bagel.
