Shop Finger Lakes was born from a simple idea: small businesses, local makers and regional pride deserve a place to shine. We're a small but passionate team of lifelong Finger Lakes locals who came together to create something meaningful, celebrating the creativity, character and community spirit of the region we call home.
After years of working with big brands in the corporate world, we wanted to put our experience to work closer to home. We saw an opportunity to help local makers and small businesses reach new customers while sharing the people, places and stories that make the Finger Lakes special.
We started by creating a curated online marketplace where handcrafted gifts, artisan foods and locally inspired products could connect with shoppers near and far. But from the beginning, our vision extended beyond online shopping.
We believe supporting local means celebrating the entire community. That's why we're growing Shop Finger Lakes into a platform that also connects residents and visitors with independent shops, restaurants, local experiences and the businesses that make our region worth exploring.
What began as a marketplace is growing into something bigger: a way to discover, celebrate and support the Finger Lakes, both online and in person.
