Print Purchase Agreement and Terms of Sale

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Mary D. Elliott, Eltimar Design, retains full, exclusive, and unconditional copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the photograph depicted in the print. The sale of the physical print does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or licensing rights to the Buyer.

2. Permitted Use & Restrictions

The print is sold strictly for personal exhibition and display within a private home, office, or non-commercial environment. The Buyer agrees that they will not:

• Reproduce, scan, digitize, or copy the print in any manner.

• Use the image for any commercial purpose, marketing, or advertising.

• Resell the print as a commercial asset or use it to create derivative works.

• Alter, crop, or modify the image in any physical or digital format.

3. Accuracy and Color Variations

The Buyer acknowledges that minor variations in color, contrast, and brightness may occur between digital screen displays (monitors, smartphones) and physical print mediums due to variations in screen calibration and print lab profiles. These variations do not constitute a defect.
