Please include pet measurements for neck, chest girth, and back length from base of neck to base of tail. Each kilt is made from the finest imported Tartan fabrics from UK. The bodice fabric is black faux suede, pleated skirt tartan poly-blend plaid, with matching sash. Decorative pins accent the Hat and sash. The hat has an elastic band under the chin. The kilt has Hook and loop closures at the neck and chest. IMPORTANT to order, please include pet measurements for neck, chest, and back length.
